Preparing for Winter

It feels like it's over 100 here most days, and in some places, it actually is over 100 but I dream of cool autumn breezes and cold winter nights. I wear flip flops EVERYDAY of my life but dream of warming my toes by the fire whilst wearing toasty thick socks!
