Official HTB GiveAway Rules

I wanted to post the official Hoity Toity Baby Give Away Rules here in order to make every one aware and to explain why I had to re~draw for a new winner today.

General Entry Rules:

1. All entrants MUST be a follower of Hoity Toity Baby {the blog}
2. Standard and/or Specific giveaway entry rules will be listed on the left side bar under "HTB GiveAway"
3. All entries must be listed as separate comments. {i.e. 7 entries = 7 comments}
4. Your first entry should include your contact email.
5. HTB will notify winner via email.
6. Winner must respond within 48 hours.
7. If after 48 hours I have NOT received a reply email from winner a NEW WINNER WILL BE DRAWN.

Unfortunately, I never received a reply email from the original winner of the TygrLilies Doll Giveaway. Therefore a new winner was picked at random. I believe that each follower that enters a giveaway does so in the hopes of winning the item. They have taken the time and effort to abide by the give away entry rules to increase their chance of winning.

So stick around because I have something very special in mind for a Christmas GiveAway! It will be made & posted next week....so be on the lookout!
